Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Facility Manager to join our client in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing building operations, maintenance, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and office services
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related projects
• Develop and manage facility budgets and monitor operational costs
• Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and facility performance
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in facility management or related role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) are an advantage
