Human Resources Manager

Role Description

Our client is currently recruiting to fill the role of a Human Resources Manager in their Port Harcourt office. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. This is an on-site role located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, PHRi) are a plus
