Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to support our business development efforts and actively market our company’s services across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting service offerings to drive revenue growth and market presence. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market the company’s services to prospective clients across various sectors.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, field visits, and social media platforms.

  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations to clients.

  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to implement marketing strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide feedback from the market to support service improvement and innovation.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in a service-based industry).

  • Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling techniques.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (if applicable).
